Acceptable Use Policy
Charmist exists to help adults communicate better in dating contexts. This policy sets the non-negotiable limits on what you can and cannot do with the service.
1. Age & consent
- You must be 18 or older to use Charmist.
- Do not use the service to interact with minors in any way.
- Do not use AI-generated messages to manipulate someone into intimacy they have not consented to.
2. Harassment & abuse — hard line
- No stalking, threats, intimidation, or abusive language toward any person.
- No doxing, sharing private information, or identifying someone without consent.
- No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class.
3. Deception
- No impersonation of other people, brands, or public figures.
- No catfishing or creating fake identities to deceive others emotionally, sexually, or financially.
- No romance scams, fake urgency, or requests for money/gifts from matches.
4. Illegal activity
Do not use Charmist in connection with anything illegal in your jurisdiction — drugs, weapons, trafficking, solicitation of minors, non-consensual content, etc.
5. Spam & automation
- The service is for 1-on-1 personal use. No mass messaging, bot networks, or scraping.
- Do not share your account with other people or resell access.
6. Sensitive content
Do not upload explicit imagery of minors (CSAM) — this is always reported to authorities. Do not upload intimate images of other people without their consent.
7. Platform respect
Charmist is a tool, not a shield. If the dating apps you use (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.) have their own terms against AI-assisted messaging, you are responsible for complying with those — we do not guarantee compatibility with any third-party platform.
8. Enforcement
Violations result in account suspension or termination without refund. Serious violations (especially involving minors, non-consent, or illegal activity) are reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. Reporting abuse
To report misuse of Charmist (by another user or concerning AI output), email support@capitalscale.io with the subject "Abuse report" and as much detail as you can share.
